I am in-network with Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross of California.
If you have another PPO insurance plan, you may have out-of-network benefits that reimburse a portion of therapy costs. I can provide the documentation needed to seek reimbursement. For eligible out-of-network plans, I may also be able to assist with submitting claims for reimbursement.
Out-of-network benefits vary by plan and may include a deductible, coinsurance, or other requirements. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance company and cannot be guaranteed.
